From Me to You
Hello, Preschool Parent! My heart’s desire and life’s passion has always been to teach children. As young as five years old, I knew I wanted to be a preschool teacher. Since 2013, after I received my degree in Early Childhood Education, I worked at the largest Christian school in southern Oregon, Grace Cascade Christian Schools, and at other Christian schools in Oregon. I have experience as a preschool teacher, child care director, child care teacher, children's ministry worship leader, children's picture book author/illustrator , and an online preschool teacher who runs their own preschool that's now opening up an in-person facility too! I’m overwhelmed with joy and thankfulness to the Lord that I have had, and continue to have, the opportunity to teach little ones in a Christian Bible-based environment in-person and virtually. I cannot think of a better way to spend the hours of my day than investing them in the lives of children, enjoying getting to teach and share the love of Jesus with them.
On a more personal note, I married my husband, Billy, during the start of the pandemic in March 2020. We moved from southern Oregon to Springfield, OR in October 2020 where we currently live. We attend church and enjoy being around family and friends. My hobbies are crocheting, sewing, writing, and painting.
